An inconvenient tweet? Al Gore quickly deletes his retweet of Dana Loesch!/DLoesch/status/211535973660639233

Al Gore seems to be a bit trigger-happy when it comes to Twitter. Saturday afternoon, Gore retweeted Dana Loesch’s account of Sen. Sherrod Brown’s rude and dismissive behavior toward her at the Netroots Nation conference.

He called it “Awesome.”

"Sen. Brown, do you have time for a question?" – me "Not from you I don't." – Sen. Sherrod Brown #nn12

Here’s a screenshot of Gore’s inconvenient retweet:

Damn those pesky screen captures! Since Gore invented the Internet, shouldn’t he realize the Internet never forgets?

More from Loesch:

Gore's Tweet underscores how embattled Sherrod Brown is over his ObamaCare vote and the Ohio amendment.

Was going to ask Brown how he reconciles being deciding vote on O-care and Ohio voting on O-care amndt. So @algore thinks Qs are bad? #nn12

#AnInconvenientTweet instantly became a popular hashtag.

Hey @algore, you know what would really be awesome? @SherrodBrown losing his senate seat in November. #AnInconvenientTweet

Not answering questions being "awesome" is entirely consistentent with how @AlGore handles global warming questions. #AnInconvenientTweet
